    Returns and Exchanges

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

    Eligibility

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the flooring product must be in its original condition and unused.
    • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom-cut flooring or special orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

    Return Procedure

    Contact us at carpet.clearance@hotmail.co.uk to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

    Clearly mark your invoice number correlating to your order on the outside of the package.

    Ship the package to the address provided by us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return procedure outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting us.
    • Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. (Please do not cut or fit any of the item or we will unfortunately be unable to refund or exchange the item.) We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
